Summer holidays from Tenerife to Paris, and some travel in between. Back @mudrayogalondon Tuesday 12:30 for yoga flow @hellostudiolondon on Wednesday 10:30 for Postnatal @sol_centre_uk Thursday 12:30 for Slow flow ❤️

Happy international day yogis, I hope yoga is with you everywhere and anytime, whether you are on your mat or stuck in a traffic jam 😅

Same shape, different angle number 2 ! I definitely forgot one, but which one(s) ? 😅

The theme of my classes this week is “the quiet power of stability”. How through a safe and deep anchoring we can rise, bloom and express ourselves with clarity. We are in touch with our deep desires, truth and emotions.

We often repeat the similar shapes in different angles, explore different sensations and focus. Which one shall I do next ? Filmed @mudrayogalondon in Stoke Newington. Fine me there on Tuesday 12:30 for Flow, Thursday 10:30 for postnatal and Friday 5:15pm for Prenatal ❤️

Take a minute, find a comfortable position and breathe with me. Sama vritti pranayama is easily accessible, anywhere, anytime for everyone. It’s super simple, breathe in on 4, exhale on 4. Maybe add a count or two to your exhale if you’re comfortable ❤️ ENJOY the effects.

How to keep a sense of center when things around us and within us are in constant change (Parinama in Sanskrit) is one of the biggest lesson of a yoga practice. #pinchamayurasana #hathayoga #yogapractice #itsthejourney #itsthejourneynotthedestination

Yoga is not just poses after poses, its presence. Movement with intention and purpose, without the weight of expectations. Awareness of our body but also of our thoughts, reactions, patterns. So we can grow, so we can connect with our essence better. Fin me @hellostudiolondon on Fridays 12-12:45 & Mondays 1-1:45pm

New class @mudrayogalondon on Tuesdays at 12:30
